Thank you for your interest in the

Hancock County Humane Society!

We are a no-kill, non-profit animal shelter staffed entirely by volunteers and funded
entirely on donations from the local community. It is our goal to find permanent safe
and loving homes for the pets in our care.

We are happy to announce that we are able to begin taking Saturday appointments
to meet pets for adoption!
PLEASE CLICK HERE for full details before requesting an appointment.

We ask general visitors to please postpone their visit to another time,
but our pet food pantry remains open.

We appreciate your understanding.
